In short. A Ministry of Justice apostille costs 1,200 UAH per document: civil registry certificates, notarial and court documents. We need the original document (at our office or by Nova Poshta), a copy of your passport and the country where you are submitting it. A notarized translation can be done in the same order.

Every document is counted separately: three certificates mean three apostilles.

Apostille first, translation second. The apostille goes on the original. If you translate first, the document has to be translated again together with the apostille stamp.

If the document will not pass

A laminated certificate, handwritten additions or corrections — this is not a dead end. The answer is a duplicate: the civil registry issues the same document again on a blank form, with the same legal force, and it gets an apostille without problems. We obtain duplicates from anywhere in Ukraine, including for people abroad — with the apostille, 2–2.5 weeks.
