How we work remotely

Most of our orders do not require you to come to Ukraine. Here is an honest overview: what can be done remotely, what needs the original document, and what cannot be done without you.

In short. Over 90% of what we do does not require you to travel. The original document is needed for notarization and for an apostille — it travels by Nova Poshta both ways. Your personal presence is needed only in rare cases, listed below.

What is done remotely, and what is not

Translation of a document

Fully remote. We need a scan or a clear photo.

Notarized translation

Remote, but the original has to reach us. The notary certifies the translator’s signature, not yours, so you do not need to be there — you send the document by Nova Poshta and we send it back.

Apostille on a document you have

Partly remote. The apostille goes on the original, so the document has to be sent to us and returned — by Nova Poshta both ways.

Obtaining a document anew

Fully remote. Duplicate certificates and civil registry extracts — we prepare everything required and send the finished document wherever you are.

How it works

  1. You send a photo of the document and tell us where it will be submitted.
  2. We tell you what is needed, the deadline and the final price.
  3. If the original is needed, you send it by Nova Poshta — within Ukraine or from abroad.
  4. We do the work and send the finished documents to your address.
Important. Document requirements are set by whoever accepts the document, not by whoever issues it. Before ordering, check with the receiving institution exactly what it needs: a translation, notarization or an apostille. If you are not sure, send us their requirements and we will help you read them.

What we do not do remotely

Being honest about the limit matters more than promising too much. Two cases need you:

  1. A statement of capacity to marry — it needs your personal signature before a notary or at a consulate.
  2. An apostille without the original — it is placed on the document itself, not on a scan.

Questions people ask most

Will a foreign institution accept a document prepared remotely?

Yes. Only the way documents travel changes. The translation, notarization and apostille themselves are exactly the same as if you had come to the office.

We work across Ukraine and abroad

You do not need to come to Zhytomyr. Send a photo or scan by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and we will tell you exactly what is needed and how long it will take. Finished documents go by Nova Poshta to any address in Ukraine or abroad.
