The diploma and the supplement are two documents
- Both are translated, each separately. If an apostille is needed, it is placed on each document separately and paid separately.
- The supplement is the volume. Usually 10–15 standard pages and 40–60 subjects, so it is priced by character count: 500 UAH per page of 1,860 characters. Send a photo and we will give you the exact price.
- The table stays a table. Subjects, hours or credits, grades, internships and coursework — nothing shortened. Seals, signatures and notes on the back are translated too.
- Your name follows your international passport, and the names of the institution and qualification are the same in the diploma and the supplement.
Ministry of Education apostille — before translation
Apostilles on diplomas and supplements are issued by the Ministry of Education and Science, on the original only. So the order is: apostille first, then translation together with the apostille.
- Diplomas issued from 2000 — 1,600 UAH in 10 business days, 2,400 UAH in 4 days or 4,000 UAH in 1 day.
- Older diplomas — 2,200 UAH in 20 business days or 1,000 UAH in 30.
Frequently asked questions
How much does a diploma translation cost?
The diploma itself is from 500 UAH. The supplement is priced by volume: 500 UAH per page of 1,860 characters, usually 10–15 pages. Notarization is 500 UAH per document.
How long does the translation take?
The diploma — from one business day. The supplement depends on its length; we confirm the exact turnaround from a photo.
Does my diploma need an apostille?
It depends on the country. For countries with a legal assistance treaty with Ukraine, usually not. For other Hague Convention countries, yes, and it is placed before translation.
Do you translate for WES?
Yes. We translate the diploma and supplement word for word, keeping the table layout, to WES requirements.
Can I order remotely?
Yes. A photo is enough for a quote, and the original for the apostille and notarization goes by Nova Poshta. We send everything back the same way, within Ukraine or abroad.
