Academic transcript and curriculum translation
For transferring to a university abroad, getting credits recognised and nostrification. We translate Ukrainian academic transcripts (akademichna dovidka), curricula and course descriptions — tables stay tables.
When you need it
Transfer abroad
You have not finished your degree and will continue in another country. The university assesses what you have already studied from your academic transcript.
Credit recognition
To avoid retaking courses you have passed, the university asks for the curriculum and course descriptions: content, hours, credits.
Recognition
When a diploma supplement is not enough, the authority asks for the curriculum to compare programmes in more detail.
What we take care of
- Tables stay tables: courses, hours, ECTS credits, grades and assessment types in the same order as the original.
- Course titles are consistent across documents. If your diploma or supplement has already been translated, send us that translation and we will keep the same terminology.
- Volume. Curricula and course descriptions can run to dozens of pages, so the translation is priced by volume. We confirm the amount from photos before you pay.
- Names as in your international passport, letter for letter.
How it works
A photo is enough for a quote. The apostille and notarization need the original: bring it to our office or send it by Nova Poshta — we return it the same way.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an academic transcript translation cost?
From 500 UAH per page (1,860 characters) plus 500 UAH for notarization. A curriculum is priced by volume. We confirm the exact amount from photos.
Can an academic transcript be apostilled?
Yes, by the Ministry of Education and Science — from 1,600 UAH, on the original and before translation. The exception: if your surname is written in Russian in the document, the Ministry will not apostille it.
The university asks for course descriptions. Is that the same as the curriculum?
No. The curriculum lists the courses with their hours, while course descriptions (syllabi) set out the content of each course. We translate both, with identical course titles.
How long does it take?
An academic transcript usually takes 1–2 business days. A large curriculum or a set of course descriptions takes longer — we give you a timeline once we see the volume.
Can I order without coming to Zhytomyr?
Yes. Send photos by Telegram, WhatsApp or email, and the original by Nova Poshta. We send the finished documents back the same way, within Ukraine or abroad.
We work across Ukraine and abroad
You do not need to come to Zhytomyr. Send a photo or scan by WhatsApp, Telegram or email, and we will tell you exactly what is needed and how long it will take. Finished documents go by Nova Poshta to any address in Ukraine or abroad.
