Apostille on Ukrainian diplomas and school certificates
Diplomas, school leaving certificates, transcripts, curricula and certificates from schools and universities. From 1,000 to 4,000 UAH per document, depending on the type of document and the deadline.
What the price depends on
Apostilles on education documents are issued by the Ministry of Education and Science of Ukraine. The price depends on two things: the format of the document and how fast you need it.
Current format — documents issued from 2000
These documents are in the state register. The Ministry checks the entry and adds the apostille without a separate verification, which is why it can be fast.

Older format — and all certificates from schools
Documents issued before 2000, and any certificate from a school or university (academic certificates, transcripts of records), are not in the register and always go through verification.

What we apostille
Diplomas and school leaving certificates
Bachelor’s, Master’s and Specialist diplomas, complete secondary education certificates. Together with the supplement, that is two documents.
Diploma supplements and transcripts
A separate document listing subjects, hours and grades. Apostilled and translated separately from the diploma.
Curricula and study programmes
Multi-page documents often requested for medical and pharmacy degrees. Always the older format; translation is priced by volume.
Certificates
Academic certificates and certificates from educational institutions — always the older format. An NMT (national test) results certificate is current format.
Before you order
- Apostille first, translation second. The apostille goes on the original. If you translate first, the document has to be translated again together with the apostille stamp.
- Check how your name is written. If your name in the document is written in Russian, the Ministry will not apostille it. Send us a photo first and we will check.
- Not every country needs an apostille. Countries with a legal assistance treaty with Ukraine accept documents without one. Check your country →
