What admission usually requires

The certificate

The main document confirming complete general secondary education.

The grade supplement

A separate document — translated and apostilled separately from the certificate.

NMT results certificate

Some institutions abroad ask for it. The Ministry of Education apostilles it at the new-format rate.

The list always depends on the institution. Take the requirements from the university or college website and send them to us — we will quote the whole set at once.

Ministry of Education apostille — before translation

If your country requires an apostille, it goes on the original certificate and supplement — and only then are they translated, together with the apostille.

  • Certificates issued from 2000 — 1,600 UAH in 10 business days, 2,400 UAH in 4 days or 4,000 UAH in 1 day.
  • Certificates issued before 2000 — 2,200 UAH in 20 business days or 1,000 UAH in 30.
  • A school reference letter is always charged at the old-format rate, whatever the year. It is the most common surprise — better to know in advance.
If the surname in the document is written in Russian, the Ministry of Education will not apostille it. We check this before submission. Ministry of Education apostille →

Poland and Czechia

Poland

Education documents need an apostille. Polish institutions usually ask for a sworn translation — we provide that too.

Czechia

No apostille is needed — Ukraine and Czechia have a legal assistance treaty. A notarized Czech translation is usually enough.

Frequently asked questions

The certificate and the supplement are priced separately, each from 500 UAH. Notarization is 500 UAH per document.

Does my school certificate need an apostille?

It depends on the country. Poland requires an apostille on education documents, Czechia does not. For other countries we check against your institution.

Which comes first, the apostille or the translation?

The apostille goes on the original first, then the translation is made together with the apostille.

How long does it take?

Translation — from one business day. The Ministry of Education apostille takes 1 to 10 business days for certificates issued from 2000, depending on the rate you choose.
