The order: certificate → apostille → translation

1The police clearance certificate — if you do not have it yet, we obtain it
2The Ministry of Internal Affairs apostille on the original — if your country requires it
3Translation together with the apostille
4Notarization and delivery by Nova Poshta
Translate the certificate before the apostille and you will have to translate it again, this time with the apostille. Ukraine has legal assistance treaties with a number of countries, and there no apostille is needed. Check your country →

Validity is the main risk

The certificate itself does not state an expiry date — the institution you submit it to decides. In our experience: about one month in Ukraine, usually six months in Europe, one year in Canada. That is why we translate fast, and why we recommend ordering the certificate once you know your submission date. How long the certificate is valid →

No certificate yet?

We obtain it — no travel needed

Only photos of your documents are needed. Without an apostille — 1,600 UAH, about two weeks. With the MIA apostille — 2,200 UAH. Together with the translation — 3–3.5 weeks.

Foreigners who lived in Ukraine

Canada, Australia and the UK ask for a certificate from every country where you lived for six months or more. We obtain it and translate it into English.
