Who we work with

Foreign nationals in Ukraine

Your documents need to be translated into Ukrainian and notarized before any Ukrainian authority will accept them — for marriage, residence, study or employment. How it works

Ukrainians applying abroad

Birth and marriage certificates, police clearance, diplomas and transcripts translated into English or another language, notarized and apostilled where required.

Anywhere in Ukraine

Send a photo for a quote. If the translation has to be notarized, the original document must reach us — the notary works with originals, not scans. We post everything back by Nova Poshta at our expense.

From outside Ukraine

You can start before you arrive: send scans, agree the price, pay by card or PayPal. For notarization the original still has to reach us in Ukraine — bring it with you or send it ahead.

What we do

Written translation

Personal, academic, medical and legal documents. 45+ languages, standard turnaround 1 business day.

Notarization

We notarize the translator’s signature in Ukraine. This is what state authorities, courts and universities require. Details

Apostille on Ukrainian documents

For use abroad — issued by the Ministry of Justice or the Ministry of Education, depending on the document. Details

Document recovery

We obtain duplicate civil registry certificates anywhere in Ukraine for people who are abroad and have nobody to act for them.

How to order

1Send a photo or scan of the document by email
2We confirm the price and the deadline — the quote is free and commits you to nothing
3You send the original if notarization or apostille is needed
4We deliver the finished set by Nova Poshta at our expense
Tell us where you are submitting. Requirements differ between countries and even between institutions — an apostille that one office demands may be unnecessary at another. Naming the authority in advance costs nothing and prevents weeks of delay.

Two mistakes that get documents rejected

The name is spelled two different ways. Moving a name between alphabets allows more than one version, and a file where two documents disagree reads as a file about two people. We keep one spelling across everything we translate for you — and follow the version already used in your other documents, if there is one.
Translation done before the apostille. The apostille is stamped on the original and the stamp itself has to be translated. Translate first and you will pay for the translation twice.
