How much does a notarized translation cost in Ukraine?
The price of a notarized translation has two parts: the translation itself and the notarization. Here is how we calculate each, so you know the total in advance.
Translation — priced per page
- A page is 1,860 characters including spaces, not a sheet of paper. A short document may take less than a page; a long contract may take dozens.
- Main languages — 500 UAH per page. Less common languages — 600 UAH; Swedish and Greek — 700 UAH.
- Turnaround — from 1 working day.
Notarization — 500 UAH
500 UAH per certification. The notary certifies the genuineness of the translator’s signature, not the content of the translation — here is why.
Example
A birth certificate into English: translating one page — 500 UAH, notarization — 500 UAH. Total: 1,000 UAH. We will tell you the exact number of pages in your document from a photo — free of charge.
What else you may need
- An apostille — if the document is going abroad and the country requires it. The price depends on the authority and turnaround; all options are on our price page. Check whether you need one: do I need an apostille.
- Delivery by Nova Poshta — at the carrier’s rates. You do not need to come to Zhytomyr: send the original by Nova Poshta and we send the finished documents back.
